My client is an IT consultancy in the Guildford area in need of a 1st Line IT Analyst to provide telephone and remote IT support to a wide variety of customers.
This role is based in the Guildford area and is paying a salary of circa £20,000 + full Microsoft training & formal certifications. As a certified Microsoft Gold Partner they have an impressive SME customer base across Surrey, Greater London and Hampshire for which they provide the complete range of IT services to.
Ideally you will have some experience or study with Windows 10, Office365, Active Directory / Azure AD, and Call Logging & Remote Access tools.
As a customer focussed role, the successful candidate will have exceptional communication skills, be confident & outgoing, and enjoy dealing with users of all levels.
Based in the Guildford area of Godalming, Surrey, my client is in a good location for train links and A3 / M3 driving. This role is paying a salary of £20,000 + full MCSE training & certification, pension, dental, life assurance & healthcare.
