Global HRIS Systems Manager / Consultant (Ceridian Dayforce)
A global insurance business is looking for an HRIS specialist to join its team to focus on the management, support, implementation and configuring of their HRIS system.
This HRIS Systems Manager role is paying up to £90,000 based on experience and the role can be based remotely (home based) providing the successful person can get to one of their UK offices a couple of times a month. These are based in London, Sussex and Birmingham.
Day to day duties will include:
- Acting as a lead consultant / SME for the system, providing support globally and liaising with the system provider if required
- Work with leadership teams across the globe to document requirements, make system changes and provide training
- Support development of all HRIS processes
- Develop training materials
- Create custom system reports using SQL Server
-Provide database maintenance using XML/XSLT
To be considered suitable you will need the following skills/experience:
- Strong Implementation experience across HR modules/HRIS systems on a global scale
- Experience with multiple HRIS systems (including Dayforce)
- Ability to create custom reports and database design using SQL
- Skilled in Excel and XML
- Good understanding of HR processes and data
