A global technology business that has been operating for almost 40 years is looking for a passionate Angular Front End Web Developer to join their development team due to growth - the role will be largely based from home, but there will be the occasional (1-2 per fortnight) need to the Fleet area, Hampshire (commutable from parts of Surrey, Berkshire, Middlesex and Sussex). The successful candidate will be tasked with developing web interfaces for cutting-edge business-critical products. Duties will include mentoring other developers, developing quality software, producing unit tests, carrying out code reviews, documenting software, keeping aware of technical changes as well as providing 3rd line support for customers as required.
In order to be suitable for this role you must have experience working in a Web Developer, Front End Developer, UI Developer or similar role in an Agile software development environment with strong Angular, JavaScript, HTML & CSS skills. The ideal candidate will also have some knowledge of LESS / SASS, documentation tools (Visio, UML and DFDs), TDD, GIT and Common Web Security Threats. Any exposure to management on IOT devices, would be considered highly advantageous but is not essential.
