One of the country’s leading independent automotive companies is looking for an experienced Financial Controller to supervise the operations of the accounts department and support the Finance Director in the departments running.

The qualified candidate will have a minimum of 3 years’ experience within a similar financial management role.

Responsibilities:

Oversee the operations of the accounting department.
Supervision of accounts assistants.
Responsible for all aspects of accounting.
Coordination of budgets and forecasts.
Delivery of accurate financial processing, month end close and balance sheet recs.
Deputise for the Finance Director where needed.

Skills:

Fully qualified with a recognised Accountancy qualification.
Proven skills with financial systems.
Experience with preparation of budgets, management accounts and variance reports.
Experience within the motor industry is preferable.
