Financial Controller - £110,000 – Hybrid working

The purpose of the role is to work closely with the CFO to bring absolute integrity to the financial processes, systems and internal controls. As the Financial Controller you will be responsible for the timely and accurate compilation of consolidated monthly accounts and commentary. You will oversee the annual compliance programme including audit, tax and corporate secretarial across UK and international entities and will provide practical and commercially focused advice, variance analysis and insight to the key stakeholders in a growing and evolving environment. In addition, you will be responsible for the annual consolidated budgets and forecasts and for detailed planning on business overheads.
Key to this role is ensuring absolute integrity in the balance sheet reconciliation processes with a full understanding of any risks to the carrying balances. You will also mentor, coach and develop the finance team and strive for continual improvement in process, people and systems.
To be suitable for this Financial Controller role would be an ACCA or CIMA qualified accountant with relevant commercial experience; previous experience at Financial Controller or similar level is key. You will have excellent people skills, strong attention to detail and possess a strong focus on commercial outcomes.
The salary on offer for this role is up to £110,000 plus bonus and great benefits. Hybrid working is offered – 3 days per week required in the London office.
