An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Finance Manager with proven experience working within an SME to join a well-established Marketing business based in Teddington. The organisation embraces hybrid working and provides the opportunity to work remotely 2-3 days per week.
You will play an integral role in the business and oversee the smooth and efficient functioning of the company’s finance department. You will have overall responsibility for all of the accounting and finance functions, including revenue, payroll, accounts receivable, and credit control. You will manage the group’s financial accounting software, create forecasts and budgets, prepare balance sheet reconciliations, prepare financial reports, VAT returns, and ensure financial stability.
In order to be suitable for this role of significant responsibility, you must be an accomplished finance professional (ideally CIMA/ACA/ACCA or AAT qualified) with proven experience of creating high calibre management accounts. You will be organised, proactive, and able to balance shifting priorities with a track record of building great working relationships at all levels. You will have strong analytical skills paired with Sage and Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables & Formulas) experience. You will also have a good knowledge of accounting systems and data analysis.
