A highly prestigious and internationally renowned travel business is looking for an experienced Finance Manager to join their growing team based in Central London. Please note, this position is office-based and you will be expected on site 5 days per week.
You will play an integral role in the business and oversee the smooth and efficient functioning of the company’s finance department. You will have overall responsibility for all of the accounting and finance functions, including revenue, payroll, accounts receivable, and banking. You will manage the group’s financial accounting software, create forecasts and budgets, prepare balance sheet reconciliations, prepare financial reports, oversee the payroll process, and ensure financial stability.
In order to be suitable for this role of significant responsibility, you must be an accomplished finance professional (ideally CIMA/ACA/ACCA or AAT qualified) with proven accounts receivable expertise. You will be enthusiastic, proactive, and committed with a proven track record of building great working relationships at all levels. You will have strong analytical skills paired with proven Excel experience (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables & Formulas). The successful candidate should also be confident around using and picking up new technologies. Any experience with Oracle would be highly advantageous to your application.
