This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Finance Manager to join a well-established retail organisation in the Chingford area of East London. This role is paying £55,000 + study support & further benefits. This role will offer some work from home flexibility
To be considered for this position you will have a wealth of experience in finance & accountancy, and ideally be at least part qualified with CIMA, ACCA or ACA.
This will be a generalist accounts role requiring solid experience with:
- Monthly management accounts
- Balance sheet reconciliation review
- Income statement, cost analysis, sales analysis, and variance analysis & commentary
- Preparation of annual audit & quarterly VAT
- Monthly payroll
- Weekly cash flow management
- Pension management
As the Finance Manager, you will also have control over a team of 4 who you will manage, train, and mentor. You will also have the chance to review the department and make improvements to procedures and controls, as well as ad-hoc projects (currently looking to outsource payroll and implement new accounts IT systems and upgrade to cloud systems).
This role is paying up to £55,000 + study support & further benefits and is a 37.5hr week (8:30am-5:00pm). Their head office is based in Chingford where you will and the team will be based, but there will be some flexibility to work from home.
