A highly successful and rapidly growing tech business based in Letchworth are looking for an experienced Management Accountant or Finance Manager to join their team.
Working closed with the Managing Director and managing a small team you will partner with the board to drive business growth through providing commercial and strategic insight.
Responsibilities include:
Provide input to the Board / Leadership Team in defining and shaping business strategy, business planning, trading strategy, commercial and operational policies, forecasting and working capital management.
Ensure that the business is excellently financially managed in a proactive and controlled manner, supported by robust processes and controls and IT systems fit for the current and planned scale of the business.
Cash Flow Management & Forecasting
Overall management responsibility for Budgets, Forecasts & Management Accounts
Lead development and production of business wide Strategic and Operational KPI’s
Maximise process automation and lead development of the systems architecture to improve efficiency of reporting
Ensuring compliance with the company’s financial statutory obligations, within the required timescales, liaising with external advisers and auditors as required
Analyse and suggest margin improvements to the company commission and service charges to maximise margin
Commercial Analysis to provide strategy-relevant insight and decision support
Ownership & implementation of all financial & legal structures in international markets
Assist in the selection of various Finance and IT system to support the company growth and efficiency
The ideal candidate will be ACCA or CIMA qualified with a few years solid account experience.
The salary on offer for this role is up to £50,000.
