The Ashdown Group has been commissioned by The Royal Foundation and The Earthshot Prize to identify a personable Finalist Growth Operations Coordinator to join their team.

The Royal Foundation of The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge unites people to tackle some of today’s biggest challenges. They recognise that when people come together, they can achieve great things and they use their passion and unique influence to make a lasting difference on the issues that matter most to society. The Earthshot Prize is a not-for-profit start-up which currently sits within The Royal Foundation but will spin out to become an affiliated independent organisation in 2022.

The Earthshot Prize is the most prestigious global environment prize in history, designed to incentivise change and help repair our planet over the next ten years. The Prize aims to turn the current pessimism surrounding environmental issues into optimism by highlighting the ability of human ingenuity to bring about change and inspire collective action.

The Earthshot Prize finalists (15 per year, including 5 winners) are among the brightest hopes for restoring the planet’s health for the benefit of the natural world and people. Finalists include for-profit, social enterprise, not-for-profit and government-led solutions. The aim is to mobilise the greatest support possible – financial and non-financial – to help these incredible innovators to scale their solutions to the point of having a global impact on environmental issues.

To deliver this audacious vision, The Earthshot Prize (TEP) is now seeking a Finalist Growth Operations Coordinator to assist in organising targeted support to help accelerate the finalists’ efforts to reach scale.

In order to be suitable for this role you must be an exceptional communicator with previous experience of coordinating projects and providing a proactive business support service. You will be passionate about offering an exceptional experience to finalists, stakeholders and partners and will embrace innovation and process improvement. You will be highly computer literate with excellent skills in MS Office, Excel and PowerPoint.

Working closely with the Finalist Growth Operations Manager you will communicate with finalists to understand their needs and will create and document bespoke support plans. Leveraging the support of TEPs network of experts and partners you will share the needs of finalists with potential collaborators and arrange and record meetings between finalists and partners. You will track and document the progress of finalists and will ensure that the data is accurate, up-to-date, and easily accessible for stakeholders.

TEP is committed to building a diverse international team that is representative of all sections of society. They recognise that by encouraging innovative and creative ways of thinking and fostering an inclusive culture they will collaborate more effectively and achieve better outcomes.

This is an exceptional opportunity for a socially engaged Finalist Growth Operations Coordinator, who exemplifies the values of transparency, collaboration, inclusion, curiosity, and kindness, to support the development of the world’s premier support service for environmental innovators.
