Field Engineer - 2^nd Line Support – Manchester

Windows – Office 365 – Networking; 2^nd Line Support – Field based – home based with travel around the Manchester area required

A highly successful and rapidly growing tech business are looking for a customer focused 2^nd Line Support Engineer to join their IT Support team.

The main focus of this 2^nd Line Engineer role will be to provide solid technical support to the helpdesk, and across project work. To be suitable you will have an in-depth knowledge of Windows technologies; both server and desktop operating systems and will have strong networking capabilities (DNS and routing). Any VOIP experience or VMWare/Hyper-V administration experience would be beneficial.

The ideal candidate will be logical and methodical and will enjoy a customer focussed role.

The salary on offer is £25,000- £32,000 depending on experience.
