Field Engineer - 2nd Line Support – Birmingham

A highly successful and rapidly growing tech business are looking for a customer focused 2nd Line Support Engineer to join their IT Support team.
The main focus of this 2nd Line Engineer role will be to provide solid technical support to the helpdesk, and across project work. To be suitable you will have an in-depth knowledge of Windows technologies; both server and desktop operating systems and will have strong networking capabilities (DNS and routing). Any VOIP experience or VMWare/Hyper-V administration experience would be beneficial.
The ideal candidate will be logical and methodical and will enjoy a customer focussed role.

The salary on offer is £25,000- £32,000 depending on experience.
