An established business with extensive growth plans is looking for a proven Facilities and Premises Manager to be responsible for managing and developing five key campuses and multiple residential properties located around North and Central London – travel between sites will be required.
Working closely with the Campus Manager, each Assistant Campus Manager, the handy man and various 3rd party contacts, the successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the smooth running of multiple sites. Duties will include planning projects, managing all vendor contracts, preparing operating reports and budgets, ensuring quality control of security / health and safety, performing minor fixes, installing appliances and equipment, checking control panels and electrical wiring as well as maintaining grounds.
In order to be suitable for this requirement you must have experience working in a Facilities Manager, Property Manager or similar role with strong project management, negotiation, man-management and financial management / budgeting skills. The ideal candidate will be hands-on with knowledge of HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems.
