A highly successful business based in Greenford, Middlesex are looking for an experienced Expenses Clerk to join their finance team.
To be suitable, you must have previous experience processing high volume expense claims as well as managing the expenses ledger. You will need Intermediate to advanced level MS Office skills, especially Excel
Key responsibilities of this expenses clerk role will include:
Processing expense claims
Monitor email accounts
Manage the expenses ledger
Process credit card applications
Assist with cash expenses, including making sure it is authorised properly.
General admin duties including filing, photocopying and archiving of claims.
Support accounts payable sorting Invoices, purchase orders and delivery notes.
The salary on offer for this role is up to £25,000 plus benefits.
