Executive Assistant. - London Hybrid - up to £60,000 and benefits
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Executive Assistant to work within a leading International organisation providing executive support to the International Director of People and Culture and coordination support to the wider People leadership team.
This position will suit somebody who has previously worked as an Executive Assistant to board level management and possesses outstanding organisational and man-management skills ideally with some experience working across People and culture services, within Financial Services, Professional Services, Insurance or Fintech sectors.
Key responsibilities will include: providing administrative and business support to the HRD, research for board reports, general support, diary management, and general administration, including minute taking and producing board packs.
This role requires versatility, as you may occasionally be required to travel to other locations for meetings and experience organising and planning meetings, workshops and conferences. You will be professional in approach, have exceptional communication skills and be able to work independently and run some independent projects. This role will be hybrid working 3 days from their central London office and two from home.
You will be highly proactive, with a very positive attitude, have the ability to work under pressure and multi-task and have a high level of attention to detail
It is essential to have high-level IT literacy - particularly advanced ability of all Microsoft Office suite as you will be responsible for preparation of presentations, board papers and meeting minutes. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships cross-functionally and within the team are also required.
The salary on offer is between £53 - £60,000 depending on experience with a generous benefits package and an excellent career path
