An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Executive PA to work within a leading International organisation providing supporting to the Managing Director and Head of Finance.
This position will suit somebody who has previously worked as an Executive Assistant to board level management and possesses outstanding organisational and man-management skills.
Key responsibilities will include: providing administrative and business support to the MD, FD and legal counsel, research for board reports, secretarial support, diary management, travel co-ordination and general administration, including minute taking and producing board packs.
This role requires versatility, as you may occasionally be required to travel to other locations for meetings and experience organising and planning meetings, workshops and conferences. You will be professional in approach, have exceptional communication skills and be able to work independently. This role will be predominantly office based, post- Covid restrictions with some flexible working.
You will be highly proactive, with a very positive attitude, have the ability to work under pressure and multi-task and have a high level of attention to detail
It is essential to have high-level IT literacy - particularly advanced ability of all Microsoft Office suite as you will be responsible for preparation of presentations, board papers and meeting minutes. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships cross-functionally and within the team are also required.
