A well-established, rapidly growing organisation based near Canary Wharf is looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to help support its busy CEO.
In this exciting and varied role your main responsibilities will include; coordinating and arranging meetings and events, booking of travel and hotels and any additional travel arrangements required such as visa applications. You will also organise and maintain calendars which can frequently change and will be the first point of contact for the CEO with people from both inside and outside the organisation.
To be considered for this role of significant responsibility, it is ESSENTIAL that you have previous experience of supporting Senior Managers or Directors and have experience arranging meetings, travel and accommodation for management and handling any change, or conflicts these arrangements may present.
Further to the above, it is critical that you have excellent time management skills and a highly organised nature, alongside strong administrative skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office (including PowerPoint for presentations) as you will be responsible for the preparation of presentations at all levels of seniority alongside preparing and consolidating reports.
This role also requires versatility, as you may occasionally be required to travel to other locations for meetings and be flexible with hours should the tasks require. Furthermore, exemplary written and verbal communication skills are a prerequisite for this role.
