A prestigious multinational organisation is looking for an accomplished Executive Assistant to provide support to a CEO. This is a part-time (21 hours per week) 1 year fixed-term contract.
In order to be suitable for this role you must be an accomplished EA with proven experience of supporting C level executives, consummate communication skills and obvious integrity.
The successful candidate will play a key role in tracking and reporting on a highly confidential project, ensuring that all decisions and recommendations are recorded and implemented in a timely fashion. Therefore, previous experience of successfully coordinating multiple projects and the utmost professional discretion are prerequisites.
In addition to this you will provide a comprehensive range of typical EA duties from diary management, typing correspondence and coordinating travel arrangements to writing minutes for board meetings, collating monthly management reports and preparing draft PowerPoint presentations for the directors.
It is essential that you have exceptional written and verbal communication skills and a professional demeanour, coupled with demonstrable expertise across the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint).
