Up to £125,000 inclusive of OTE, London - Hybrid working
We are currently seeking a high-performing and driven B2B Event Partnerships Commercial Manager to join my client's team and help to implement the new commercial partnerships strategy and meet our revenue growth target.
As a Partnerships Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing strategic partnerships within their events calendar that can help grow their business and enhance the overall experience of their events. You will also be responsible for nurturing existing established relationships as well as proactively researching the marketplace, sourcing and qualifying new business to build a sales pipeline from scratch. You will be a key player in the development of event strategy, working closely with marketing and sales teams to identify opportunities for partnership and collaboration. The role has managerial growth potential, provided that the strategy is successfully delivered and revenue targets are met.
The ideal candidate will have successful previous experience as a B2B senior events sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets, experience in collaborating with a wide range of internal stakeholders and experience and appetite to develop an events sales function from scratch
As well as a proven track record of building successful partnerships. You should have excellent communication and negotiation skills, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
