A multinational law firm is searching for a part-time Events Coordinator to join a busy and growing practice in Colchester. You will be required to commit to 22.5 hours per week but will have flexibility to choose your preferred days and hours.
Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will join a vibrant team to provide support in delivering the firms marketing strategy. As Events Coordinator you will take ownership for internal communication, email marketing and the coordination of in-person and virtual events.
You will be an enthusiastic and dynamic professional with corporate event management experience. As an excellent communicator, you will have the natural ability to build lasting relationships and influence the teams. You will hold proven experience of organising high quality events at third party venues and work to tight deadlines.
This is an excellent opportunity for a keen Events Coordinator, with excellent attention to detail, to join a successful, fast-paced and thriving practice for a 12 month fixed term contract.
