A well-established, global business is currently seeking an Event Executive to join its expanding team in Teddington, London. This organisation embraces flexibility so you will be able to work from home 2-3 times per week.
In order to be suitable for this role you must be a capable Event Executive with proven experience of delivering B2C events planning, administration, and logistics. You will have outstanding customer service skills and hold the confidence to plan and execute multiple successful events.
As an integral team member, you will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of conferences and consumer events and will be required to attend 12 annual consumer exhibitions across the UK. Therefore, it is essential that all candidates hold a valid driving licence and have their own vehicle.
The successful candidate will be an excellent communicator and will be proficient across the Microsoft Office suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel. You will be organised, conscientious and able to build key relationships with stakeholders.
