Are you experienced with using Microsoft Dynamics, Navision, SAP or other ERP systems? Do you consider this to be one of your specialist skill sets within an IT Support capacity?
Working as part of a successful FMCG UK business, you will join their high performing IT team and become a key point of contact for, and super user of, their industry specific ERP system and Navision.
The primary part of your role you will:
Provide helpdesk support for users of the ERP systems
Act as a key point of contact in the business for the ERP partners and help coordinate any necessary support requests
Provide reports and analysis for the business from the ERP systems
Working alongside the existing team, you will work across wider IT Support issues via the company's helpdesk and assist with installation projects across the businesses IT Networks, Hardware and Infrastructure.
To secure this role you should:
Be confident working with ERP systems - Navision, Dynamics or SAP would be useful, but not essential, as training can be given.
Demonstrate good all round IT Support knowledge covering Windows operating systems, applications, Office 365 and basic networking support.
You should also be an excellent communicator, natural problem solver
In return for your hard work, you will secure a salary of £30,000, plus 25 days holiday and company pension. You will also need to hold a full driving license and own a car as the site is not close to public transport links.
