A successful production company is looking for an Equipment Hire Administrator.
Working closely with the rental and marketing departments you’ll be the first point of contact for queries relating to the rental of equipment. You’ll be aware of what’s available and responsible for scheduling boards as well as managing relationships with suppliers to ensure the safe delivery of orders.
With high attention to detail and methodical approach you’ll have excellent administrative experience and have worked in an environment where you deal with a lot of transactions, emails and writing of proposals. You'll be proficient in Microsoft Office and have a strong focus on customer service.
You’ll have the ability to determine the best route for the equipment, ensuring it’s cost effective and be aware of any possible shortages and assist with finding solutions.
This is a permanent role offering a salary of £26,000 with excellent benefits including private healthcare.
