A well-established multinational business is looking for an accomplished Dynamics 365 Consultant to join its team based in Putney, South-West London. Please note the organisation embraces flexibility so you will be able to work from home 3 days per week.
The primary purpose of the Dynamics Functional Consultant will be to build on the existing Microsoft Dynamics 365 environment, expanding its use across the business to put it at the centre of all customer data management and customer engagement activities.
In order to be suitable for this role you must have demonstrable expertise in deploying, configuring, administering, and managing Microsoft Dynamics. You will have a good understanding of the Microsoft stack (O365 & Azure) and have an in-depth knowledge of Power Platform solutions and Dataverse. In addition to a deep understanding of Dynamics 365 you will have the ability to get to the heart of operational business needs and translate these into technical system design and implementation plans.
Key responsibilities will include:
Product ownership of the Dynamics 365 platform including Customer Service, Marketing, and Customer Insights modules.
Deployment, configuration, and customisation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 environment (cloud-hosted).
Capture project requirements and define scope of work to further establish Dynamics 365 as the central application for all customer / contact management across the organisation.
Define and develop new functionality using out of the box tools and capabilities.
Working closely with the business and a sizeable team of database developers, software developers, and data analysts you will play a key role in the development and success of advanced marketing and contact management activities and will be instrumental in establishing new direct-to-consumer digital channels and a more data-aware and data-driven culture within the organisation.
