In order to achieve this audacious vision, The Earthshot Prize is seeking a commercially astute, empathetic and driven leader with a passion for people and proven track record of delivering and embedding a successful HR strategy to join its senior leadership team. Reporting directly to the CEO you will have full responsibility for developing and implementing the people strategy and vision of the charity. You will provide inspirational leadership and embed a high-performance culture built on inclusivity, engagement, collaboration and continuous improvement.

This is a hands-on leadership and implementation role, with full accountability for the success of the people function within the organisation as it goes through a period of rapid growth. You will build HR processes and policies to ensure the smooth and efficient running of business operations and will create a recruitment, wellbeing and engagement strategy that attracts and retains an outstanding team. You will have demonstrable expertise in building a comprehensive talent and acquisition strategy that is focussed on attracting diverse talent and creating effective teams.
