Digital Marketing Designer

London, Hybrid - £45,000 + Benefits 

We’re working with a global insight consultancy that’s growing out its marketing team and looking for a talented designer to play a central role in how their brand shows up. This is a chance to help shape a confident, modern visual identity across everything from reports and campaigns to social and web. As a key member of our creative team, you’ll play a vital role in shaping how our brand comes to life across a range of formats and platforms.

In the content and campaigns space, you’ll design eye-catching visuals for reports, toolkits, one-pagers, and thought leadership pieces. You’ll take complex information and transform it into clear, engaging layouts—whether that’s in a PDF, infographic, or digital asset—while ensuring every piece aligns with our premium brand aesthetic.

On the web and digital front, you’ll create visual components and graphics for our website and digital platforms. You’ll be responsible for uploading and formatting content in WordPress, making sure everything looks great on mobile and maintains visual consistency. A big part of your role will be selecting and managing imagery that builds and reinforces a recognizable and cohesive online brand presence.

You will also be responsible for motion and video, you’ll produce short-form videos and motion graphics to support social media, events, and marketing campaigns. Using tools like Canva, After Effects, or CapCut, you’ll edit and enhance video content to ensure it's polished, engaging, and on-brand.

Lastly, you’ll help scale our visual identity by developing and maintaining brand systems and templates - from presentation decks and email formats to social media assets. These templates will empower internal teams to communicate with clarity and consistency while staying true to our visual standards.

 
Skills required: 
Experience creating elevated B2B content
Strong motion/animation sensibility
Elevated, modern B2B content
UI design experience a plus
Canva fluency also a plus
