Digital Delivery Manager

A well–established public sector organisation is looking for a proven Digital Delivery Manager to oversee the digital supplier tasked with designing, building and releasing a new digital case tracker tool.
 
Working closely with the Head of Technology & Delivery, the successful candidate will be tasked with initially understanding the full brief and constraints as well as working with internal departments to successfully procure a digital partner to deliver the case tracker tool. Further duties will include project managing the engagement ensuring suitable architecture, infrastructure and high quality UX & UI design is achieved, being the digital partner’s primary point of contact, creating appropriate devops processes for ongoing development and release, ensuring the case tracker tool captures analytics as well as developing a support model.
 
This is a contract for initially 6 months, starting early / mid - October, and paying £450 - £550 per day depending on experience. It will be located between the London (City) office and working remotely.
 
In order to be suitable for this role you must have significant experience as a Digital Delivery Manager with a track record of planning and delivering digital projects / programmes for a broad range of digital solutions /platforms from initial concept / design to release / service management. It is essential to have strong knowledge of agile project management methodologies, change management as well as liaising with senior stakeholders. The ideal candidate will also have a strong technical (software development) background as well as a suitable industry qualification such as Prince2, MSP, Agile PM or APMI.
