This is a hybrid role - 50% Central London, 50% home, occasional travel to Bath office
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Digital and Data Manager to join a friendly organisation based in Central London.
You'll be the lead technical point of contact for the management and day to day operations of the CRM, website and online portal.
Work with the business users to understand their needs and provide improved solutions. Maintain the database and reporting tools to access them. Monitor the database performance and implement changes when needed. Work on projects that develop long term marketing plans. Help with training users and documenting database policies. Perform tests to ensure data security and privacy and regular data cleaning.
Be the first point of contact for users on all Data and Platform issues and help to provide 1st / 2nd line user support for user activity in the department.
To be suitable for this role you will have most of the following:
- Experience administering and developing CRM, Web and BI solutions.
- SQL OR MS Dynamics
- PowerBI (nice to have)
- Office 365 inclusive of SharePoint/Teams
- Experience of working with 3rd party suppliers
The salary on offer for this role is up to £40,000 per annum.
