Based in the heart of Kingston upon Thames, this is an excellent opportunity for a highly competent and dedicated DevOps Engineer to take a newly created Lead Engineer role working for a global leading software firm going through continued growth and expansion.
To be considered for this position you will be a seasoned DevOps Engineer looking to take the step up into a Lead role that will see you being responsible for implementing strategies for build, test, deployment and release automation.
As an experienced DevOps Engineer you will be highly familiar with automation & configuration management using the latest tools and technologies working in a 24x7 uptime Microsoft Azure environment.
In addition to this being a strategic role you will also need some previous hands on experience with:
- C# & .Net Core
- SQL (SQL Azure &/or SQL Server)
- Powershell
- Docker container orchestration (Azure Service Fabric &/or Azure Kubernetes Service)
- Build & release stacks (Azure DevOps, Team City &/or Octopus)
Further experience or understanding of Agile and DevOps concepts and how they can be applied to data-driven SaaS products will be highly beneficial.
This position is paying a basic of circa £75,000 + 25 days holiday (+ 3 extra days at Christmas), pension, life assurance, private healthcare, discounted online shopping, Cycle to Work Scheme, and income protection.
