Development Program Manager - Hampshire 

We're seeking a Development Program Manager to assist project teams in coordinating schedules and deliverables related to timing, performance, cost, and manufacturing. As a key member of the team, you'll facilitate communication between the company and customers to ensure project timelines and satisfaction are met. You'll also oversee product transfers between the design site and factory, ensuring production schedules are aligned. Collaborating with project and cross-functional teams, you'll manage project planning to achieve objectives. Your responsibilities include developing, maintaining, and updating project plans using management software, organizing project review meetings, and reporting progress internally and externally. Additionally, you'll evaluate project performance with the team, maintain project records, and identify and mitigate risks.

Candidates with an Engineering Degree or equivalent experience, preferably in electrical hardware design is essential. A minimum of 4 years' experience in product development is essential, with automotive experience considered advantageous. Proficiency in project management software like Microsoft Project is ideal and you must demonstrate strong communication skills, teamwork, and a clear understanding of customer expectations.
