An award winning professional services company based near Waterloo is looking for a Desktop Support Team Lead to manage the delivery of their desktop services function.
The successful candidate will manage a team of three service desk professionals and serve as the first point of call for IT issues in a fast-paced, professional services environment. You will provide user facing support, when needed, and work as an escalation point for the team.
The successful candidate will play a key role in the maintenance, ongoing support and enhancement of the organisation's IT department. You must be hands-on, proactive and a natural problem solver.
Working within a technologically advanced IT department, you will support desktop and cloud based applications. You should have a methodical and logical approach and have proven experience with technical team leadership, Windows 7/10, Active Directory, Exchange, Office 365 and basic Windows server administration.
