The ideal candidate will have a strong 1st/2nd Line Support background within a Windows environment.
To be considered for this role you must have;
Solid experience in a 1st line support role
Knowledge of Windows 7 and Windows 10
Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, Outlook & SharePoint
Some Windows Server 2012 and 2016 experience
Active Directory experience
