Desktop Support Analyst - London - £40,000
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced 2nd line Support analyst based to join a small investment bank based in Central London. Focusing on providing excellent support to the users in the EMEA offices. The role is primarily based in the London office providing remote support across other sites. Occasionally travel to other offices may be required.
Working on a central Service desk, you will be supporting users at 2nd line level. You will be tasked with supporting and maintaining Windows desktop, Windows servers and supporting and deploying an array of common software applications including Microsoft Office 10/ O365 via phone, remote and deskside. You will need a knowledge of Citrix and ideally Bloomberg/Adobe/Capital IQ .
Working as part of a team you will take on some work with Exchange and Active Directory. Starting with support and maintenance, before resolving more complex issues.
Communication skills are the key. You must be able to deliver an exceptional client experience and willingly follow the dynamic of the existing team.
Ideally our client is looking for candidates who have some previous experience working in Finance, Banking or Professional Services environments.
This role offers the ability to work from home 1 - 2 days per week. As well as a salary of up to £40,000 benefits include bonus, pension, flexi benefits package and healthcare
