A leading UK financial services firm, based in Romford, Essex is looking for a Desktop Support Analyst to join their dynamic and inclusive team. This growing company are looking for an enthusiastic and driven individual to deliver efficient 1st and 2nd line IT Support to their user base. There will also be the opportunity to assist and support project work and more complex issues such as escalations and security.
The role will involve the delivery of IT support to over 700 users; including the configuration and support of IT hardware and software, supporting new starter inductions and act as a first point of contact for IT related issues.

Skills required for this role:
- Windows 10, Office 365 and desktop/laptop imaging
- Knowledge of Active Directory / Azure Active Directory and Exchange
- 1-2 years minimum in a similar IT role
This role is offering a starting salary of £27,000 and company bonus.
