You will be responsible for installation and configuration of desktop, laptop and telephone equipment, troubleshooting and maintenance of PC equipment and the provision of on-site technical assistance where needed.
Further responsibilities include:
Tracking customer reports of hardware, software, mobile device issues.
Active participation in pilot groups and quality assurance of computer system builds.
Setup and maintenance of conference and meeting equipment.
Provision of helpdesk an technical coverage where needed.
Troubleshoot and coordination of repairs through vendors.
Proficient knowledge of Windows operating systems to include Windows 7 and Windows 10.
Qualified applicants will also have MS-Office Suite skills.
This role is offering up to £48,000 as a base salary and hybrid flexible working.
