A highly successful Architectural firm is looking for a personable and driven Desktop Support Analyst to join its expanding team, based in London.  
Working as an integral part of a small high-performance team, you will provide 1st and 2nd line support for all system and user issues across multiple sites for 200+ employees.   
 
In order to be suitable for this role, you MUST have prior commercial experience, as well as demonstrable expertise supporting Windows OS, Active Directory, Office 365 and Windows Server. In addition to this, experience supporting design specific tools such as the Adobe Creative Cloud, Autodesk Revit and/or AutoCAD, is essential.
