An international company and a household name, this client is highly successful. They are seeking an experienced 1st/2nd Line Support Engineer to join their busy IT team for an initial 6-month contract.
The purpose of the PC and Network Support Specialist position is to provide support for all networked PCs and Servers in a Microsoft Windows Environment. You will help to upgrade Network/PC software and hardware, manage security settings and User ID's on the networks, control Server Backups and diagnostics and log all problems for users.
To be suitable for this role you must proven experience providing support within a Windows Server environment and have experience with G-Suite Administration.
While not essential it would support your application if you had some experience of Windows 10, Active Directory, Networking, DHCP, DNS, Group Policies, RSA SecurID, VolP, VPN setup, and troubleshooting.
