A well-established multinational business is looking for a highly organised, IT literate and methodical Data Protection Administrator to join its team based in the Docklands area of London. Please be advised that due to the nature of this role you will have to pass a DBS/CRB check.

The successful candidate will support the Disclosure team and act as a point of contact for all Law Enforcement Authorities within the UK on behalf of the company. You must ensure that all customer data is securely handled and report any noteworthy security breaches to the line manager. You will administer daily IPA/Police requests received from UK authorities that include but are not limited to emails, phone calls letters, witness statements and court orders.

The successful candidate must have an in-depth knowledge of the Data Protection Act 2018 and will be proficient with Microsoft Office programs including Word, Excel and PowerPoint. You must also have a keen eye for detail and be able to show discretion by keeping work confidential.
