An exciting new role for a Data Assistant to join the Business Intelligence team of a large Business Advisory firm is now available. My client are looking for a bright and dynamic individual to help the team drive Marketing and Business Development campaigns through manipulation and management of data.
Responsibilities:
- Assisting with the cleansing of existing data in the firm’s CRM software.
- Creating reports to identify missing or incorrect data.
- Researching organisations and individuals online and via software applications to source new lists and enrich existing CRM data.
- Updating the CRM software with changes and new data in bulk or via manual data entry where appropriate.
- Cleansing new lists to enable the PD and Sales team to target prospects.
- Data manipulation and comparisons using VLOOKUP formulas within Excel.
- Occasionally calling companies to check our data is correct.
- Processing data in accordance with GDPR regulations.
Skills and Experience:
- Advanced Excel Skills.
- Understanding of databases and spreadsheets.
- Experience with data comparisons using large datasets.
- High levels of accuracy.
