This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Cyber Security Expert to join a Surrey based MSP in a newly created customer focused consultancy role. This role is paying circa £70,000 and will be split between Work From Home, customer sites, and occasional days in the head office in the Guildford area of Surrey.
To be considered for this position you will have a strong background in IT security, including servers, networks, databases, applications, cloud platforms, and desktops / laptops.
As an IT security expert you will liaise with customers to complete IT security audits, report findings, suggest improvements, and carry out improvements.
This is a newly created position, and as such you will work with the leadership board to shape, influence and deliver a new security consultancy service to new & existing customers.
The ideal candidate will come from an MSP or consultancy background and have exceptional customer skills. You will have solid experience with defining security policies & procedures, and providing security strategies across the IT infrastructure & network.
Although not essential, a perfect candidate would be CISSP, CompTIA Security+, or Cyber Essentials certified.
