A globally renowned marketing specialist has an opening for someone to join their Customer Success team.
As a Customer Success Specialist, you will work alongside Account Managers to support a portfolio of clients (customers), by regularly engaging with them to gain insights and knowledge of their usage to understand their business needs.
You will act as the first point of contact for customers through a variety of medias, such as phone, email and virtual meetings, as well as some face to face meetings.
In addition, you will record these insights on Salesforce and use your knowledge to identify possible renewal or upselling opportunities.
The ideal candidate will have an interest in advertising, media and marketing and have a passion for delivering excellent customer service.

This is a permanent position, offering a basic salary of £30,000 per annum plus additional OTE.
