A global, multiple award winning technology business are recruiting a Customer Success Manager with strong Account Management skills into the software arm of the business.
In this role you form an intrinsic part of the post-implementation experience for the customer, helping ensure they get the best out of the technology, being their key contact, being their voice internally in the business and helping them realise a good return on their investment. It’s a collaborative role that will see you work with teams across the business to achieve a positive customer journey.
This role offers the opportunity to work across some exciting accounts, including a leading international retailer that will see you travel both in the UK and Europe as part of your role.
This role is largely about taking ownership and nurturing those relationships and identifying and driving upsell/cross sell opportunities to fruition, working closely with the Sales team to help achieve these. It requires someone with exceptional communication and relationship building skills, a customer centric approach to their work and although you don't need to be technical yourself, you should have an understanding of and appreciation of what a release looks like and how a product gets launched. Due to the nature of the customer base, knowledge or understanding of a retail/store environment and its operations would also be advantageous.

Due to the international nature of this team, this role can be worked from home (within the UK) but will require regular travel to customer sites in Europe and the UK. You must hold a valid passport to be considered.
