A global, award winning, enterprise technology business are recruiting a Customer Success Manager with strong PMO skills, to join their international team, working for their software arm of the business.
In this role you are an intrinsic part of the client's successful on-boarding process, partnering them throughout, owning project processes, taking time to understand their requirements, how the technology can work for them and work with the technical team to ensure that the technology can deliver what they need it to.
This is a collaborative role that requires someone with exceptional project skills, a customer centric approach, excellent relationship building skills and an understanding of the retail/store environment and its operations.
As the key client contact, you will partner the customer and be their voice internally, managing the end to end process, assisting the customer during their software trials, helping them see where it adds value, establish where there may be difficulties, gage their requirements, work with the in-house technical experts to create the necessary tweaks, run the initial kick off meetings, set milestones and identify road blocks and mitigate any problems or risk.
This business offers exceptional training, development and progression opportunities, along with a very competitive starting salary of up to £48,000, with OTE earnings of up to £60,000, plus additional generous benefits.
Due to the global nature of this team, this role can be worked from home (within the UK) but will require regular travel to customer sites in the UK between London and the north.
