A highly successful and rapidly growing MSP are looking for an experienced Customer Success Manager to join them.
The core focus of this role is to lead and manage a highly performing team across project execution and operational management to deliver against a range of outcomes.
Key responsibilities will include:
Owning the end to end project management and operational management (Service Management Change/release/asset) processes
Provide delivery management pre-sales assistance to guide/shape new opportunities and provide input to Sales proposals
Manages and own the successful transition from sales through to execution/service functions
Work collaboratively with the peers to forecast/plan/manage resource capacity to align to customer needs to maximise revenue/service adherence
Oversee and act as a governance across all active projects and service contracts, regularly reviewing progress to manage risk, ensure customer satisfaction, forecast revenues/billing and drive profitability
Ensure scope of works/contracts are appropriately managed and proactively secures incremental revenue opportunities
The successful candidate will have a proven track record or building trusted relationships with clients and internal stakeholders alike and will provide an escalation points for all issues. You will manage team performance; setting objectives and developing individual capability and will be a proven operational leader.
To be suitable you will have the following relevant experience:
Proven project and service delivery – ideally within an MSP environment
Understanding of Prince 2 and ITIL methodology
Commercially astute with strong financial management skills
The salary on offer for this Customer Success Manager role is £55,000
