Customer Success Executive

A dynamic and growing technology company is looking for an ambitious and passionate Customer Success Executive / Account Manager to be responsible for developing customer relationships that promote retention & loyalty. Duties will include understanding customers' business requirements, pro-actively contacting clients, solving customer issues, updating the CRM, completing documentation, providing assistance to the customer support team as well as generating performance reports to provide insight to customers. The role will involve working from home with the need to travel into the South London office as required.
 
In order to be suitable for this role you must have proven experience in a Customer Service, Relationship Management, Account Management, PreSales or similar business-to-business role with a demonstrable track record of building customer relationships. It is essential to have first-class verbal and written communication skills and a positive proactive approach with working knowledge of CRM solutions and MS Office.
