An award winning technology business are looking to expand the team with an additional Customer Success Executive with experienced gained in an e-commerce or SaaS environment.
Supporting the Customer Success manager and Sales teams you will manage onboarding of new customers and customer change requests, so once a sale has been closed you will be one of the key interfaces between the customer and the business, managing their expectations and working with a range of stakeholders both inside and outsdie the organisation.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing the customer onboarding process
- Understanding customer requirements and being the bridge between them and the business project teams
- Being their voice internally ensuring we understand the customer needs and workflow
- Provide customer demos and training
- Provide internal training and upskilling on products
- Manage the sales pipeline
- Assist with responding to sales enquiries and leads
- Contribute to customer facing documents such as marketing tools and training literature
