An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Customer Service Advisor, to join a highly successful global professional services company with offices based in Sutton Coldfield.
As Customer Service Advisor, you will have the opportunity to join a high performing successful team, to deliver first class customer service, taking responsibility for the customer service inbox and incoming calls, ensuring that all queries are answered in a timely manner and to the highest standard.
Specifically your daily duties will include:
• Answering customer queries over the telephone ,email and live chat
• General administrative support such as maintaining accurate database records, provide ad-hoc support as needed to other members of the team
• Managing any complaints with professionalism and working with senior stakeholders to provide effective resolutions
To be successful in this role, you should have demonstrable customer service experience held in a similar role, with a proactive approach and the desire to succeed in a commercial, professional environment. Additionally, you will also be well organised with the ability to work to SLA's and log correspondence accurately utilising the CRM system.
