A government body is seeking an experienced Customer Services Advisor to provide efficient and effective customer service to clients, and administrative support to the regeneration & housing team.
Based in the Cardiff area, South Wales. This is a contract role for initially 10 weeks (37 hours per week) from approximately 13th October and paying £17.41 per hour, less deductions for insurance, taxes and umbrella company charges (PAYE £13.69 per hour). The closing date is Thursday, 2nd October.
To be suitable for this role, you must have experience working in a Customer Services Officer, Client Relations Advisor, Complaint Handling Representative or similar customer services role in a local authority, council, borough or similar complex organisation. It is essential to be highly organised with excellent communication and IT skills.
