An industry leading professional services business, with offices in Leicester are looking for an additional Customer Service Administrator to join their team.
This is an interesting role that sits within the Client Services and marketing team. In the role you will respond to client enquiries via phone, online chat or email to provide advice, information or answer queries about the full range of products available. These include websites, social media, apps, digital or printed factsheets and newsletters. You will pro-actively contact clients regarding changes to services, following up on renewals and orders.
To secure the role you must have had experience in a similar customer service, sales support or administrative role and demonstrate good communication skills and a natural aptitude for customer and client support. You should also be proficient with Microsoft Office and have experience with CRM systems ideally Salesforce and be confident learning additional systems.
