A well–established multinational firm is looking for an articulate and personable Customer Service Manager to join its team, based in Teddington, on an initial 1-year fixed-term contract.
In order to be suitable for this role, you must be a consummate communicator with proven customer service experience. Your composed and empathetic demeanour will enable you to deal with complaints in a professional manner.
In addition to your primary role in managing complaints, you will also oversee the smooth and efficient running of the office. You will order supplies, control the budget and ensure that the office workplace complied with the relevant H&S regulations.
